Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill

Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill is extending an invitation to its Mercer County neighbors to enjoy the Village free of charge. During the week of July 6-12, 2020 residents of Mercer County will be given free entry to the property which includes access to exhibits, interpreters, hiking trails and the Farm. 

To gain entry residents will be asked to present a valid ID that lists a Mercer County address. Guests will be directed to the Welcome Center upon arrival to pickup their complimentary passes. Children under age 18, accompanied by a qualifying adult, will also be given free admission.
“We are so happy to welcome our neighbors back to Shaker Village,” said President and CEO Maynard Crossland. People are anxious to get outside and experience some fun in the fresh air, and there’s no place better to do that than the Village. We’re a safe place to enjoy a day of adventure or relaxation.” 
Dining options are available at the Trustees’ Table restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For picnickers, grab-and-go food can be purchased in the Post Office Shop. Every Friday and Saturday beginning at 6:30 p.m. guests can enjoy the Music on the Lawn series featuring live music, food and the Shaker Village outdoor bar. If you plan to dine, reservations are encouraged.
